@sparklightcares Rumor has it that a construction company going on in Prescott hit a fiber cable not 100% sure that it's false or true but that is what is being said from comments on sparklight down detector website.

@sparklightcares If it just a fiber cable that needs to be fixed it shouldn't take 10+ hrs or longer to fix a flimsy fiber cable like seriously sounds like technicians are slacking an taking their sweet old time fixing a simple cable. 🥱😒

@sparklightcares Imagine if this happened with the electric company. This is an absolutely essential service, and will you be offering any form of recompense? Absolutely not. A day subtracted from my bill has compensation? Laughable. And still not a single update. Hours later. Joke of a company.
