Login to Parent Access
Parent Access Center is a free program available to all CISD parent/guardians that allows viewing of helpful information regarding student attendance, report cards, progress reports, daily grades, state test results, Students Achieving Excellence (SAE), discipline and available lunch money. Parents may also sign up to receive an email alert when an assignment score is inputted or updated.
Canvas is the districts Learning Management Platform. It provides a secure way for our teachers and students to connect online.
Parents/Guardians wishing to access these services must have a valid email address.
To register for an account, you can do that from the CISD page or by clicking the register button.
Register
If you have more than child in CISD you will have to register each child separately, but then you will be able to use the same login and password for all of them.

Parents can view
- Student Information: Class averages, progress reports, report cards, STAAR scores, transcripts , absences, this years schedule – including teacher names and a link to email them and incident referrals.
- Absence Information: dates, early or late checkin, tardies, semester absences.
- Bus information: route numbers to and from school with stop times.
- Lunch money available
- Communication – Staff comments, Student Excellence and Teacher/Staff Excellence that you can create for a staff member on your child’s campus.
- Student Plans – once your child enter’s high school this will show their 4 year plan and also link out to Naviance, a program that tracks their progress for college.
- Campus links: Canvas, Facebook, Twitter and their website

Before you can do anything else, you will need to create a Parent Access account.
- If you have not made an account, go here (https://pac.conroeisd.net/) and follow the
directions on the page. - If you forgot your username and password, there is a password reset link on the page as
well. (https://pac.conroeisd.net/) - Once you log in to Parent Access, you can change your password under “Manage Account”.
Allow 24 hours for the password change to go into effect. - If you are having problems creating an account and none of the Frequently Asked

- Your username and password for Parent Access will be your username and password
for Canvas.
In Canvas, parents will have limited permission that will allow them to see what is going on in
the course without interrupting the flow of daily course communication. Parents will not be
able to submit work on behalf of their children, but they can view their grades, upcoming
assignments, read Announcements and Discussion, course Calendar, and interaction in the
course.
