You will need to have a Sam’s Club membership in order to purchase gas from most of their stations.

With this feature, you use the Sam’s Club app to scan a QR code on the gas pump.
Once you have scanned the QR code, you will be asked to confirm which pump you are at and the app will recognize that you are paying for gas and send you your total.
Once your purchase is complete, your receipt will be stored in the Sam’s Club app, where you can access it at any time. You will also receive an email with your receipt when you are done.
Are Sam’s Club gas stations open 24/7?
Sam’s Club gas stations are not open 24/7. Although their gas stations are typically open every day, gas is not available to purchase after 9 PM Monday to Saturday and 7 PM on Sunday.
Sam’s Club is closed for New Year’s, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, so gas will not be available on these days.
On most other holidays, including Memorial Day and Independence Day, Sam’s Club will be open but may operate under shorter hours.
